Accident Cases


Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal MACT deals with matters related to compensation of motor accidents victims or their next of kin. The Tribunal deal with claims relating to loss of life/property and injury cases resulting from Motor Accidents.


Bail is money that some criminal defendants are required to deposit to guarantee that they will return to court if released from jail while their cases are pending. The judge sets the amount, and the money is deposited with the clerk of the court. It is returned after the case is finished.

Divorce Law

Cheque bounce

​When a bank refuses to clear a cheque because of certain conditions, it is called cheque bounce and such a cheque is thus dishonored. It becomes a criminal offense under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act when a cheque is bounced because of insufficient funds in the customer's account.
